美國(guó) PeproTech公司，即派普泰克公司生產(chǎn)的干細(xì)胞因子（SCF）是一種造血生長(zhǎng)因子，通過(guò)經(jīng)c-Kit受體的信號(hào)通路發(fā)揮其活性。SCF和c-Kit是造血干細(xì)胞、黑色素細(xì)胞和生殖細(xì)胞系生存，增殖和分化*的。人SCF對(duì)小鼠細(xì)胞表現(xiàn)出低活性，但是小鼠和大鼠SCF對(duì)人類細(xì)胞具有充分的活性。重組大鼠SCF是分子量為18.4 kDa的多肽，含有165個(gè)氨基酸殘基，其序列相當(dāng)于分泌型可溶性形式的SCF的序列。生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中的所有試劑均為非動(dòng)物源性。
